Ok, so I have almost 1k who have added my book to their WANT TO READ list. How do I do an email blast to let them know it's live? Thank you!! xo

Don't do it. That's spam.

I suggest you don't, unless you'd like to be flagged as a spammer by almost 1k users. Perhaps a nice blog post instead?

You shouldn't need to. If they have the right settings, the system should automatically e-mail them one "want to read" titles move from pre-publish to published.

At least that's always been the case with mine.

This is not a Librarians Group issue, but one for the Feedback Group or the Author Feedback Group. Librarians can help with issues pertaining to specific book records or most related issues, but have no control over general site functionality or author issues outside of fixing book or author listings on Goodreads itself.
