A true crime on a local serial killer, focusing on the victims and victim's rights.

I am working on a short story. It's a rewrite of a story that I had published in college. It was first done in a dairy-style narrative, spanning I don't know how many days. Now, I am centering my story on just one day. Maybe two when all is said and done.
