This buddy read for the final book in the Ashes trilogy will start on Friday, Sept. 27th!

This buddy read is open to everyone who would like to join in!! There are no set chapters per day, we just read at our own paces and start each post with how far along you are, i.e., Chapter #, %, using spoilers where needed. Have fun!

I had a chance to read the first few chapters. Holy moly... Starts off with a bang!

This book is crazy, just flat crazy. There is no following any kind of what you think is going to happen next. And it is gruesome, gruesome, gruesome!

It's almost 11 pm here. I'm afraid I won't be able to stop, knowing Ilsa's writing, and then have nightmares, knowing how gruesome she can be. Hahah... I'm going to wait until the light of day to jump back in. The first few chapters were wild and if Jen says it's crazy, I'm skeered!! ;-P

I'm going to try and finish it today. It's raining outside, I just moved into a tiny little house where it's difficult to navigate for all the boxes, 4 ibuprofen is hopefully going to handle the sciatica, and I need a break! Interesting book for that, huh? LOL!

Ellie is incredible and she's only 8 or 9. She's come such a long way since Ashes.

I really don't want to see Peter again. His storyline is just too much! Curious about Lana though. Haven't seen her yet. (hide spoiler)]
