I read the first chapter of Domu yesterday actually. I meant to look up when it came out, before or after Akira but have yet to do so. It seems like an earlier work to me, but interesting nonetheless.

Becky wrote: "Fingersmith was an awesome book. Did you like it?"I am liking it, although I am still quite near the beginning of the book right now. The main character has been trained for her "maid" job, she's gotten off the train and is headed to the rich girl's mansion. I am excited to see what is going to happen next once she gets there.
Its really good I want to read more of her books. There is also a bbc series of Fingersmith, it's really good. The book doesn't disappoint in my opinion.

Nabari No Ou, Vol. 2 (already read the 1st one)
and finishing 魔界王子 Makai Ōji: Devils and Realist
I´m on 魔界王子 devils and realist 9 Makai Ouji Devils and Realist 9 .
Such an interesting manga. Really wasn´t expecting it´ll keep me until the (almost) end. I was almost sure I won´t get past Vol 4 :D I might even consider watching an anime!
It´s a truly nice surprise ^^

And I absolutely love that she refers back to small off-handed comments 250 pages later, more than once. The haphazard chain of events after part one all the way to the end were quite cleverly executed, I really did enjoy this book thoroughly.
I also previously read her Tipping the Velvet about a month ago; I really liked it although I must admit the story made me quite sad for some time because the story is so bittersweet. I am going to read her The Night Watch next.
Except A Devil and Her Love Song (a great manga!) I´m now re/reading Vampire Knight. I took some quizzes about it and in every single one got 9/10 correct answers. That´s unacceptable! I must fix this -.-

I haven't read Tipping the Velvet, but saw the Bbc series which was good. Fingersmith was amazing, Waters is an amazing writer.

Re/reading Kuroshitsuji. Missed Sebastian, Undertaker and all of the other characters. Besides the manga is so funny that I just had to get back to it. Sebastian´s face expressions are hilarious.

Haha Kuroshitsuji surely is an entertaining manga.
Haha Kuroshitsuji surely is an entertaining manga.Volume 15 - Sebastian working as a priest. Must be a tough time to call a demon for support. Hilarious, I approve!
and I´m really starting to like Soma more than any other character (excluding Undertaker and Sebastian, those two are still my favourites), coming to school on an elephant and all - very amusing.
also, the goth guy, Violet, is gorgeous ;)

It´s even shown that he confessed one of the boys that were bullied to do Edgar Redmond flag´s (Maurice Cole) work and it´s even shown that people can usually find him in chapel. I don´t think Yen Press translated it as a priest, I think it was a pastor or something like that

I don't think he was a priest there, I mean, anyone can confess to anyone in a confession box, right?

Radhbu, I completely agree with avidreader, Bleach is awesome. It was my first real manga series where I read/have read every volume. I hope you like it.

For manga, I just finished reading Kamisama Kiss Vol. 2 late last night/early this morning, and I have Volumes 3, 4, & 5 lined up. As for regular novels, I'm currently reading Warriors: Dawn of the Clans: The Blazing Star.

I´m heavy on yaoi, reading anything library has to offer on the "genre" and it´s not much. So frustrating, actually!

I heard about Akira through a friend a few months back but had put off reading it for a while. But I was surprised to find that, after I read the first volume, the same author also made Domu: A Child's Dream, which is one of my favorite horror/sci-fi manga ever.
