Hey there. I just started reading an arc, an then I want to finally get the first VA book finished, so feel free to read Covenant! I could catch u guys on the next one :)
Clockwork series sounds awesome! I suggested Like Gravity, but I don't care what order we read these in.

Hunger games is excellent. Idk that it's not my number one fav series of all time.....idk idk idk but it consumed me for MONTHS!!!
And good idea, Sarah, wait on covenant until you've finished va. Or not at all. I suggested that a while ago, I don't expect anyone to actually read it now that you all have read vamp and liked it!

I have! So Jen, if you and Sarah wanted to buddy HG, you'd have a shit ton of fun. It's the best. And clockwork-I can join that, idc. It's fun to discuss..the ending book made me bawl for two hours after. Just sayin. I didn't read a book for 4 days after that one.

lol...because she made Walking disaster one of the worst books I've ever read. And her Providence series was pretty uninspired. I even deleted her from my fav authors list. BD will always be a top ten book for me...but she kinda tarnished my sterling opinion of it..it's like she didn't even care to be writing it!
I still have to read the third in the series of Providence. The first was good, and the second boring.

Chelz--I hear you about WD, bc I didn't like it either...at all. But I've read some reviews on Red Hill and so far it's getting positive feedback. Plus, this is a totally different genre. Maybe this author can't do a remake well, but I have high hopes for Red Hill. If we read it and it sux, you can yell at me!! But id hate to see u pass up a post apocalyptic dystopian! ;)

Sure, Sarah...I'm halfway through my arc and will probably put off finishing VA just a teensy bit longer, lol. I should be ready tmrw night for a new buddy read with u guys :)Here's what I've seen while skimming thru reviews for Red Hill: Sort of mixed ratings, actually. But not terrible. The story is told thru multiple perspectives and there are a lot of characters on the front line...a few different relationships going on. It's an apocalyptic story, so people WILL be killed off. Not sure who, of course. And the zombie element is heavy, but not too gory.

I can't read Like Gravity guys....B and N doesn't have it, I can't read epub, and smashwords doesn't have it..so I guess we can try Red HillBut you can all read Like Gravity without me, I am not trying to hold anyone back
We can wait until Like Gravity becomes available. Let's choose a book we all want to read for the group BR, and whoever wants to read other books can team up on side buddy reads.
