Can you see them now? I refreshed again. There is some kind of bug that refreshes the stats - but disappears the details (the bar graph and the filter) - which seems to require a second refresh. I've brought up this bug in Feedback before but it still seems to be there.
Margarette, Bill wasn't talking to you. No, this is not an appropriate place to post your poems. Perhaps there are some poetry groups on GoodReads for which you could search?
Margarette wrote: "May I write any of my poems on this page? If so where do I post them for others to enjoy?"Can post your own writings on your own profiles (or can write a story/poem for a friend)-- but not in staff help desks (groups) like this one and feedback. You can, in addition to in your own writings, post in your own group if you want to moderate one and in other groups where the moderators give you permission.
Help-desk/support for book data issues = librarians group; for site bugs and issues = feedback group.
You might also want to drop an email to support@goodreads.com because as the author you should not still be seeing the "have to be a goodreads librarian" when you try to refresh yourself. There are some ongoing bugs they are trying to track down (based on threads showing over in feedback group) that may or not be part of your problem or possibly something they can reset on your author profile. (I don't really have a clue, just a member but used to be a librarian and that "librarian" message and having to hit refresh more than once while annoying and confusing glitches usually resolved themselves, apparently as caches caught up. Your issue should not be so persistent so may be more than a librarian can help you with -- although I'm sure one will be along to refresh again for you.)FYI, I see it stuck at zero as well.

No, please do NOT do it twice. Updating stats is not an instantaneous process; just do it once and refresh your page after a minute.
