I would LOVE to do that. I'm moving in a few months into a much bigger house so hopefully by then I'll be able to buy books. But I still won't have the money, so maybe not. :/

I love seeing everyone's library books! :D

message 56: by Angela (new)

Angela | 17461 comments I have 35+ checked out. I would probably have more, but I don't have the time to read much.

No! I'm not saying they look dirty or anything, I'm just saying! :-D In fact, they look really clean. I just don't want to take that risk of checking out a book not knowing what the person before me did to it.

Well most of them I already read, I just need to review them. But I'll find some that I haven't read and post them here.

I've procrastinated on reviews. I'm ever in the mood to write them. :/ But I have a few I just need to type up.

message 71: by Jacquelyn, thebrunettebooknerd (new)

Jacquelyn (jacquelynreads) | 18790 comments Yeah. Well good luck on catching up! :D

message 72: by Angela (new)

message 73: by Angela (last edited Sep 21, 2013 06:16PM) (new)

Angela | 17461 comments Okay, so I checked my list of books I checked out and I've read almost all of them. The only one I haven't gotten very far into or read at all is OCD Love Story by Corey Ann Haydu and United We Spy (Gallagher Girls, #6) by Ally Carter . So I guess I'm REALLY behind.

message 74: by Jacquelyn, thebrunettebooknerd (new)

Jacquelyn (jacquelynreads) | 18790 comments Let me know how that one is! :D

message 75: by Angela (last edited Sep 21, 2013 06:17PM) (new)

Angela | 17461 comments I'm reading that after I finish my assigned books. But I will. (:

message 76: by Katherine (new)

Katherine | 2739 comments Me and my library have a very close relationship with one another. I go there every weekend! And the largest library in the county is only 10 minutes from my house, so it's super convenient.

Currently finished reading: Girl, Stolen by April Henry and have Digital Fortress by Dan Brown and Deception Point by Dan Brown checked out as well.

Libraries are awesome!!

message 77: by Jacquelyn, thebrunettebooknerd (new)

Jacquelyn (jacquelynreads) | 18790 comments They are indeed! :D

I read Girl, Stolen a while back! How did you like it?

message 78: by Katherine (new)

Katherine | 2739 comments It was a good read!! I'll have a review posted in a minute if you want more detail!!

And you certainly have a lot of books checked out!!

message 79: by Jacquelyn, thebrunettebooknerd (new)

Jacquelyn (jacquelynreads) | 18790 comments I will definitely read the review! :D

And yes, we all do! :D Trisha and Angela have way more than me though! They both have 35+!

message 80: by Katherine (new)

Katherine | 2739 comments Dang! My library only lets you check out 25 books. But at my college library, you can check out 99.

message 81: by Angela (new)

Angela | 17461 comments I used to think the limit was 30, but since I have more than that checked out, I guess it's not 30...

message 82: by Jacquelyn, thebrunettebooknerd (new)

Jacquelyn (jacquelynreads) | 18790 comments My library has no limit! :D

message 83: by Angela (new)

Angela | 17461 comments Jacquelyn wrote: "My library has no limit! :D"

Mine might not have one either. I should ask sometime. But if there's no limit, there's no controlling how many books I borrow.

message 84: by Jacquelyn, thebrunettebooknerd (new)

Jacquelyn (jacquelynreads) | 18790 comments Yeah. That may not be good. You will have to bring a shopping cart and pile in all of your books! :P

message 85: by Angela (new)

Angela | 17461 comments Haha, let's hope it never gets to that point.

message 86: by Jacquelyn, thebrunettebooknerd (new)

Jacquelyn (jacquelynreads) | 18790 comments :D LOL!

message 87: by Katherine (new)

Katherine | 2739 comments If my library had no limit, I'd probably check out the whole library, LOL!!!

Angela | 17461 comments Katherine wrote: "If my library had no limit, I'd probably check out the whole library, LOL!!!"

I know right! :D Do you get books from your library?

message 99: by Mehsi (last edited Sep 22, 2013 05:34AM) (new)

Mehsi *is a bit of jealous of all the great books*I wish my libraries had those, or well anything that is English books. :\

My current books from the library:
Library 1 (where I can only borrow 6 (no matter what membership you have)): Breek me by Tahereh Mafi That's Not a Feeling by Dan Josefson

Library 2 (where I can get 15 books each time): Secrets, Lies and Locker 62 by Lil Chase Whisper by Isabel Abedi Ik en de rovers by Siri Kolu HEX by Thomas Olde Heuvelt De spelregels van Floor by Marjon Hoffman Meiden zijn gek op vakantie by Marion van de Coolwijk (all are in Dutch, but I didn't feel like adding all of them to the database here).

Also with library 2, since reserving/getting on a wait list there is free, I got about 11 more books that I am waiting for. Would list them, but since they are mostly in Dutch, I would need to be add them to the Goodreads database, and I am waiting until I have them before I do that.

No, not right now. Unfortunately, the library here does not carry YA books. That is what happens when you are deployed. LOL.

Though, I plan on hitting up my library when I get back to the states!
