What series are you watching atm?
Sleepy Hollow definitely has my interest, so much so I might reread Washington Irving's book as well as see the movie with Johnny Depp, which I haven't yet seen.
I don't really watch TV, much, either. Just some talk shows on a news channel. (I love to watch Red Eye with Greg Gutfeld--but that ain't really a series)
A really liked watching Law and Order (and its spin-offs) and Criminal Minds with my mother.
I've been watching NYPD Blue on Amazon Prime. :3 But I look forward to the Walking Dead this fall!!
Having a New York setting helps out because about 1/3 to 1/4 of Scarlet takes place in New York and right now much, much of the reboot of my old novel will take place in New York City.

We don't watch TV per say. We watch things on Netflix, so we are at least a season behind on everything. Right now I'm watching Castle, but I have The Mentalist, Vampire Diaries, Haven, Criminal Mind etc. in queue. I can't wait for Games of Throne but they keep pushing the release date. We just finished Spartacus. We watched other shows like Walking Dead, Lost girl just to name a few. So pretty much anything that's on Netflix. (They stopped Bones, and that's sad.)Has anyone seen Vikings? It's on our list too but I've never heard of it. (I haven't listed them all but the list would be too long!)
I watch Major Crimes, Rizzoli & Isles, Castle, new CSI, quiz shows Rules Of Engagement and some British sitcoms and very, very, very soon I will be watching Shield!!!!! Shield with Phil Coulson. Yayayayayayay.I also love Stargate, Star Trek, The Closer, NCIS, quiz shows, old Simpsons and Futurama, House and so much more. I'm a completel tv geek. I watch a lot of quiz shows and some antigue challenge shows and the Great British Bake Off and The Apprentice.
@G.G. A co-worker of mine from when I still worked at fast food was always watching Bones on Netflix during his break. xD
@Rhian My mom loves watching many of those shows. She's watched Shield on her Kindle Fire. :3 I haven't seen many episodes of The Closer/Major Crimes, but it's always entertaining when I watch them. :3

Vikings is really good! It came out just as my course started and it has some interesting historical facts in it ;]
I'm addicted to watching Supersize and superskinny on youtube :x lol

Breaking Bad. Considering Sleepy Hollow. Waiting on The Walking Dead. Zombies are gross, but I like the show. lol
I've got Netflix and I'm currently watching the entire StarTrek - Deep Space Nine series. I'm halfway through the 6th season with one more series to go.
Being human! I watched the first season of that ages ago but I stopped after the guy quit to be in the Hobbit lol
Castle, Hawaii Five-o, NCIS, NCIS:LA, Bones, Criminal Minds, Grey's Anatomy, Scandal, Project Runway, GRIMM, Covert Affairs, The Glades, Rizzoli & Isles, Being Human (both the American and the BBC versions), Perception, Phineas & Ferb ... I watch WAY too much TV lol
Greys Anatomy and Scandal and Teen Wolf are series that I follow heavily. I like Army Wives but I catch myself forgetting it's on and falling way behind.I've watched some episodes of Bones when they happen to be on, not any of the newer ones though. Walking dead too I'm going to try this time to remember to watch this next season and to catch the repeats of the past season when they air them.
I'm a series whore who binge watches a season in about 36 hours. I worship Netflix and, sadly, amazon; it's a yin/yang thing. Falling Skies & Long Way Round are the latest.
I watch so many, but the main ones are Castle, the Walking Dead, Once Upon A Time, Grimm, Grey's Anatomy, Haven, Bones, Supernatural, Falling Skies, Big Bang Theory, .... The list goes on. Not to mention that I have watched all the Star Trek incarnations and still do in rerun. And I still find time to read and crochet.
Breaking Bad (coming to an end, cry), Arrow, Supernatural, Continuum, The Walking Dead, Sleepy Hollow, Person of Interest, Falling Skies, Hell on Wheels, Mad Men, Copper, Broadchurch, Doctor Who, Agents of SHIELD (starting tonight!). I'm sure there are others I'm forgetting, I'm a television fanatic.
Doctor Who! Trying to catch up! Excited Castle, Big Bang, and The Good Wife are back this week. Just finished Dexter (terrible ending) and Ray Donovan. Ray D is an amazing show!
Sorry! Personal opinion. Didn't share plot details. And you may love it. I read blogs that loved it and blogs that didn't love it... I don't typically like the way television shows end. Perhaps I'm a tough audience...
I really liked Vikings. I get excited when they meet with the English and I can understand them. Simples things, simple things.
Deleted for spoiler. I don't care if it was in the adverts give everyone a chance to watch it. But yes it was really good.
Bisky: I'll bet it was good. I love everything Joss has done. Appreciate the spoiler delete because we're waiting until it comes out on DVD. Currently watching Dr. Who series 4.
It probably isnt much of a spoiler but I hadn't watched tv or kept up todate with marvel stuff so I wasn't really expecting it.
Was watching 'Black Sails'. Everyone was complaining in the weeks up to it that it was a stupid idea and that it probably wouldn't be any good, but I think they spoke too soon.
I just watched Hemlock Grove over the weekend, everyone kept telling me it was rubbish but I really liked it.
Jebus that's old Mark lol

I watched Hemlock Grove and had mixed feelings. I liked that they tried to be unique, but sometimes I thought they tried too hard. I'm in the middle of season 3 of Downton Abbey at the moment. The fiancé pushed, but I'm actually really enjoying it.
I tried Hemlock Grove. It wasn't my taste. @Bisky, do you like horror? I spend most of the time trying to get away from the screen.
I think I liked it mostly because I got to stare at Bill Skarsgård so much <3
I love horror, but I'm kinda persnickety. We've run out of things to watch so it was a nice change. Though they do kill a cat in one of the scenes and my boyfriend had to scream "LALALALA" while smothering me with a pillow so that I didn't get upset.
Been thinking about persuading the other half to watch downton. Everyone raves about it.

I love my netflix, but I don't watch much tv when it's normally on. The last few series that I have finished are... Dexter, The 4400, Mad Men. I just started Breaking Bad last night. It's mostly background noise while I write. I only watch it later at night or whenever I don't feel like listening to music.
Downton is all drama, so if your SO likes drama, it's worth your time. It took a little convincing for me, because the show looked too feminine for my tastes from the outside looking in, but the men in the show are respectable and I can identify with them while my fiancé swoons over the romance of it all. Of course, the show is worth watching just to see Mr. Bates be the best representation of a "nice guy" ever. The guy is my hero, for sure. Anxious to see what happens for him by the end of season 3.
We had season one of Downton sitting around since last Christmas. Finally got around to it a few weeks ago and I'm completely addicted. Very "soapy" with it's high drama and constant crisis. But very well written and amazing acting. We just finished season two last night and I'm thinking I should order season four before we need it.The other two shows that have recently caught my attention is True Detective and Helix.
David, I almost said that it was "soapy," but was afraid of driving people away. It's still good, despite the high drama, so I'm afraid to describe it the wrong way for fear that people will shy away from it. I love having friends to talk to about it.
E.S., "soapy" does seem negative, but there's a reason why the formula works. And when you come across such a good example of it as with Downton, you realize the potential that it has. I think the creators have been incredibly smart in adopting that format and then building on it with rich, compelling characters.

But Sons of Anarchy is my guilty pleasure. But I'm also into Suits and Dexter.
Well, I gotta have something while I wait for the next series of Game Of Thrones.
What are you watching?
