How about The Girl You Left Behind then? And I can do March, although April would give me a bit more time to some of the other books I have here crying out to be read finished!! However if March is better for other people, that's fine.

Scott Flicker | 1191 comments Can a buddy read have more than 2 ppl? It seems like a lot are signing up for Sharp Objects. Will this be just one buddy reads with everybody signing up or multiple 2 person reads?

message 515: by [deleted user] (last edited Feb 18, 2015 08:25AM) (new)

Can I join sharp objects, the shining, Anna Karenina, and Les Miserables as well? And Nadia, I'll read I Am The Messenger with you!

A buddy read in this group consists of 2 or more people. It's a buddy read with numerous people signing up.

Zara's Retreat | 2365 comments Nadia and Abigail when would you like to read I Am the Messenger?

message 518: by Zara's Retreat (last edited Feb 18, 2015 09:16PM) (new)

message 519: by Robyn (new)

Robyn | 27 comments Hi! Can I join The Count of Monte Cristo for March? I have been wanting to get to that one for a while.

Also would be very interested in reading for August to December. Probably can't do all months, but would love to do a few.

I've added you Robyn to the list of participants for this buddy read.

Is/are there any books you would like to read during the months of August to December? Please feel free to suggest more than one.

I might be up for a buddy read in the second half of the year, but it's a bit too early now for me to know what I might be wanting to read at that point! I'll have a better idea come June or July!

message 522: by [deleted user] (new)

This will be my first time with Dostoyevsky other than one failed attempt at Crime and Punishment when I was in junior high school. Hopefully being older makes Dostoyevsky easier this time around.
