I live in KC, MO and have two boys. I am voracious reader and as you can see if you peek at my shelves I read in pretty much all genres. This looks like a great group and I can't wait to jump in and get involved.

Hi Kathy, my brother and his family live near KC. We were there a few summers ago (boy was it HOT!). Great place for family and kids, however. My son cried when we had to leave his cousins, the basketball hoop, the bikes, the nearby baseball field... (can you tell we live in a big city?)

Hayes - Yeah, we're in a suburb but we love the area. Besides all my family being here there are lots of things for kids to do around here. and it seems like everything else you might want to do that's not is just a short drive away.
