SOLVED. Horse of White Milk Jade [s]

So I read this book all the time as a kid, it was a collection of short stories put in a book called Horse Tales and in it there was one story called "I Rode A Horse of White Milk Jade" and it ended on a major cliffhanger. It was later that I found out a lot of the stories in that book were excerpts from longer stories just condensed or cropped down, so I was wondering if any of you knew if there was a full book of that story?
