Your Borg Queen keeps her tentacles in many pies, and has received word that one of our active and longstanding author-members, E.J. Fisch, author of Dakiti which many of you read a few months ago as one of our group reads, is a FINALIST for 'Best Science Fiction Novel of 2015.'
E-Festival of Words is a small, non-profit contest which selects hundreds of books via nomination, and then the list is whittled down to 7 finalists through TWO levels of curated elimination.
The FINAL part of the contest is by POPULAR vote, however. To be crowned the Best Science Fiction Novel of 2015, E.J. needs YOU to hop on over and VOTE before the other authors rally their minions fans.
Let's have a SPACE OPERA book be a winner in this year's sci-fi, eh? All you have to do is REGISTER (so they know you're not a fraudster) and then VOTE. You will have to click through to the website TWICE because it's a clunky non-profit website.
Here is a BLOG POST that E.J. wrote which includes registration information (she wrote this for her regular readers, not us, but I will shamelessly save myself time by linking to it): https://ejfisch.wordpress.com/2015/07...
Let's shower a little VOTING LOVE on one of our own? Ey?
