These are all of the ones I know for I:
I Am Here!, Vol. 1, I Hate You More Than Anyone Vol. 1, Imadoki!: Nowadays, Vol. 01: Dandelion, Instant Teen: Just Add Nuts, Vol. 01, Inubaka: Crazy For Dogs, Volume 1, InuYasha: Turning Back Time, Vol. 1. I can't speak for the quality of all of them, but they start with the right letter.

Thanks for the titles, but I feel like I should rephrase a bit. "Ones that begin with I that are available in English, my library (or any in my state) has, and that I haven't already read and went, "Meh." XD

I'll have to see if any of those are available.

EDIT: I took stock of what I'm reading and what I have time for, and have decided to sit this one out. XD Thanks for all the suggestions, though. I'll definitely keep them in mind for next time!
