She is spoiled by her father & her mother hates her. The family comes into money & Julie goes to school on the east coast. I read this book 20 yrs ago but can't remember the title or the author. Any help would be appreciated.

I think this is Rags to Riches, but I don't remember the author. The father got rich from a copper mine in this one.
