Batgrl (Book Data Kept Elsewhere) (goodreadscombatgrl) | 24 comments Author Washington Irving wrote a book under the name Diedrich Knickerbocker. On GR's Knickerbocker author page:

Should there be a note in the description that this is Irving, and a link to Irving's GR page?:

...oh, wow, I just committed myself to correcting the original author name on all of those "History of New York" editions attributed directly to Irving, didn't I?

Batgrl (Book Data Kept Elsewhere) (goodreadscombatgrl) | 24 comments Oops I didn't think of that part! I just thought that if someone was curious they'd then know to check the Knickerbocker author page. Plus I think those might be editions where it might not have been known that Irving was the author?
(This is why I am not a librarian, just one who keeps pestering them! Heh.)
