Adding A New Book

I'm unable to add my new book to my author page because for some reason it is showing up here under "Mike Sherer." The book is:

Only problem is that now two editions show up: Unknown and Kindle. Presently, the only edition available is the Kindle. Paperback will be available in a week or so. Is there a way to add the cover .jpg to the Kindle edition?

The unknown is now a paperback. Do both editions have the same cover? What is the pub date for the paperback?

Both editions have the same cover. I'm not sure of paperback release date. It's in production.

OK. Both editions have the cover & added a blurb. The paperback said it was released on 6th September 2013, Kindle on the 4th although Amazon has 2nd for the Kindle.
