Touch & Go

4.5 Stars
I loved this book!
First, I would like to say that I was very happy to receive a free copy from the author from the First Reads program on Goodreads. Vica Miller has proved with her first novel that she is a fantastic writer. Inga's Zigzags was a beautifully written, exciting story of a young Russian woman finding herself through her lovers, friends, job and her homes in both New York and Russia. The novel had a ton of heart and was at times very seductive. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and would recommend it to anyone. I look forward to future releases from Vica Miller.

Hi...there are too many reviewed over the past year or so. Just finished Rossiter's Under a Summer Sky.that was great

Awww. That sucks. Have you been entering the ones that have less people requesting it or just the ones you really want?

I have found that a book that takes a long time to read either needs setting aside or keep posting progress. Just reviewed on of those....and am working on another serious one I feel is taking forever as well

Hey, I might be naive, but I want to belive the algorythmic choice- akin to rafflecopter- is the best thing they have. I also do believe that "flaunting" a "wins" shelf DOES catch the eye if those that run that bingo cage

Do you think this is good or bad? They do suggest having a first reads shelf.

BTW, I won a lovely copy of Sarah Bird's Above the East China Sea, and, IMHO, it was so disturbing as to choose to stop reading 1/3 through, and post same (just in case someone feels all I do are "GOOD" reviews

My rating: 5 of 5 stars
***I won this book in a goodreads giveaway and was very excited when I received my copy. Many thanks to the author for hosting this giveaway***
What a great read, I couldn't put this book down. It is one of those books which keeps you turning the pages - a real page turner. The story is fast paced and excellent, with lots of action. Each chapter ends with a final sentence which keeps you reading more. I couldn't put it down till I finished and what a shocking unexpected ending it was. Everything is explained and nothing is left out, so you won't be disappointed.
The only parts I disliked were the chasing scenes which are not to my taste. However, they added to the storyline very well. The little list of the Excellent Eight at the start of the book is an added bonus as you can easily forget who they are or if a certain character is part of the group.
Overall it was a well constructed story and a must read if you are a person who enjoys psychological thrillers. It will definitely not disappoint you.
I will be keeping my eye out for other new releases from this author.
PS. Many thanks to the author for signing my copy of the book which I won.

Now on her wedding night, she wonders what she has gotten herself and Millie into.
I got this book free to read and review. I'm very glad to do it, this is quite the page turner. I'm looking forward to more of B. A. Paris.
