Fixing and/or adding a book

I am having trouble with the paperback version of my book. I want to do a Giveaway but I receive errors that I don't have a paperback version. It's not showing up as me being the author, or who knows what. Also there is no cover. Should we delete all versions except for the ebook and start over? Or can you fix the paperback? Thank you in advance for the help.

The paperback edition had K. Troutte as the author. I corrected that so it should work now. I also added a cover as it did not have one
