Major works not labelled correctly.

EDIT: When I said major, I really mean "primary work". Sorry.

I must be missing something silly but why are some books in series listed as "book N" and others just "N"? Which is preferred, why...and how do I go about fixing it?

Because someone entered Reflex incorrectly, and now you pointed it out, someone else has fixed it :)

All those books are listed as 'book N', but in some cases the word book is on the end of the previous line.

I figured the actual titles were incorrect (I see a lot of random (Series Title, Book 2) when cleaning up series).
