mstan wrote: "At least, I think so. Please correct me if I somehow did complete 20.4 during Summer 2013."Ah, I see. I only saw where you tried, not that you didn't succeed. ;-) So just repost with the author being new to you info.
Laurie ME - post 2351Task 25.8, option 4 requires the genre "Historical Romance" to appear on the main page, not "Historical Fiction." The Physick Book of Deliverance Dane does not have the genre "historical romance" on its main page.
Amanda VA - post 2373Task 10.8 requires that you briefly explain how your book fits the "set in/about a time period before you were born" portion of the task. Please repost this task with the required information.
Dlmrose wrote: "Bea post 2361Reposts for tickets must include a link to the book"
Oh, shoot. I forgot when I copied and pasted to re-establish the link.
Jenifer - post 2385Task 50.1 requires that you specifically state in your post that none of your books are re-reads. Please repost this task with the required information.
Marie-Anne - post 2387Task 50.1 requires that you specifically state in your post that none of your books are re-reads. Please repost this task with the required information.
Sue T - post 2413Task 20.8 requires that your book be over 250 pages. Heaven's Fire only has 202 pages.
Alison - post 2414Task 5.3 - Sorry, but the book that won the Stephen Leacock Medal for Humour in 1996 was Letters from the Country not Letters from Across the Country
Oh dear! I knew I'd slip up again. That's why I wanted to post on the 29th so I'd have time to repost. I own both of those books and read the wrong one for this task. No worries though I have another book that will work. I'll repost :-)
Hi. I would like to check something. On Readerboard it says I have 780 points and by my count I should have 785 at that point - post 2354 (there is another post later). I was checking this thread religiously and didn't see my name pop up.
Can you please check who is wrong?
Thanks ☺

50.1
For a total of 815.
Let me know if I've missed one.
Final count is same. Looks like I've made mistake with points in that post. Good thing there is also spreadsheet doing math for me. ☺
Sorry for confusion and thanks. ☺
JACKIE NC - post 2439Task 30.7 does not allow for books under 300 pages with the genre "childrens" on the main page. A Wrinkle in Time will not work for this task.
RANDY12S - post 2444Task 20.7, option B requires that you include a link to the post in which you claimed points for the task in the previous challenge. This link is the time/date stamp in the upper right corner of the post. Please repost this task with the required information.
KSMary - post 2452Task 20.6 requires that you state in your post that the author is new to you. Please repost this task with the required information.
Lacy Stewart - post 2476Task 20.10 requires you to comment on the book in the book discussion thread. Please repost this task once this is done.

Oops! I'm sorry! Reposting right now
KSMary - post 2478All posts for verification purposes, including reposts, require links to the book(s) you read. Please repost this task including links.
Theresa~OctoberLace - post 2496Task 10.10 requires a book in which a main character is a military veteran (a former member of the armed forces of any country). From the description, The Cossacks appears to be about the main character's time in the service rather than his life after he left the service. Can you point me to a review of the book that shows that it's more about his time after he left the service?
Jayme (the ghost reader) - post 2500Task 30.7 requires that you indicate in your post which author(s) are new to you. Please repost this task with the required information.

Kristi, I'm sorry, but I guess I misinterpreted the detail. I was able to substitute Task 10.2 instead of 10.10.
Theresa~OctoberLace wrote: "I'll check to see if I can work in another task or book."Glad you found a spot for it. ;-)
Carly - post 2526Task 20.7, option B requires that you choose an option you didn't do in the previous round. You cannot chose to do the same option again.

Task 20.7 - Since you completed task 20.4: Author! Author! - Ann A's task: Initial Fun in the Summer challenge, task 20.7 of the Fall challenge requires that you state which opt..."
This is doubly ironic because (a) I messed up my own task (how sad is that!) and (b) I messed up the same task I tried doing in Summer 2013 (20.4). I will re-post with the info on the author being new to me, but Dlmrose, I actually did not complete that task in Summer 2013. I tried to do so, then realised I had misread the task, and never did complete it.
At least, I think so. Please correct me if I somehow did complete 20.4 during Summer 2013.
