I've used both Buffer and Hootsuite - both have free and paid services - and I find it kind of annoying how Buffer only allows you to schedule 10 posts for free, while Hootsuite lets you schedule...well, heaps.
Buffer's analytical information is easier to read than Hootsuite's, though, because you need to generate a report for Hootsuite.
Both can be bugged on occasion.
Whatever you use, though - scheduling tweets makes life a whole lot easier, and I highly recommend doing it.
