language edition merged in one book from two original volumes

Hello!

I have problem. Becouse I've added a book in polish language, which is translation of same author.

The problem is, that this polish edition is a merge of two books [volume 1 and 2 in original]. I haven't seen any edition, especially original or even in other language that have merged these two books.
So I'm not sure with which volume I should ask librarians to combine. I thought that volume 1 should be ok, but I prefer to ask first.

It doesn't need to be combined if this is a 2-in-1 book.
