He rules, he is like one of my fav characters it is an outrage that he won't be in it!!!!

Yes he should come on. He is important and awesome. I now just found out that. *flips table*
YES! Uriah was my FAVORITE character from the WHOLE series and I was so upset when I found out that he wasn't going to be in the movie. I mean sure he isn't in as much but think of it... If there was no Uriah (in the book) there would be no zip line! Meaning no zeke. They SHOULD HAVE PUT URIAH IN THE MOVIE. you NEVER take any characters out of the movie because u are basically changing the whole entire thing Hollywood is stupid.
Of course! But the casting people couldn't find someone good enough since Uriah has a bigger role in the next book.
I mean I know that but still How are they going to introduce Uriah into insurgent like honestly. I mean it changes story/idea of the trilogy if you watch the movies and don't read the books... Even though u rlly should read the books
Yeah. How are they going to introduce him. It will change the whole plot. And you can't just shove him in there and pretend he was there all along!

I agree with Mattie on this. I mean you can't just have a character show up. for those people that don't read the books, I don't really like those people, but they're going to be confused on who he is. and with the whole zip line thing, it's true. If there's no Uriah, there's no Zeke, and no zip line. the zip line also seems to play a big part in this movie cause on every poster, phone case, tshirt, etc. there's a line cutting through the main word, ex. divergent or dauntless. the zip line also is featured in allegiant, and I think that's a special part, for those who have read allegiant I think you know what I'm talking about. but, I have a phone case that says dauntless on it and there's a line cutting through it which is supposed to be a zip line. THE zip line. and I think that Uriah should have ben casted in the movie, and it upsets me that he wasn't.

I think Uriah should be in the movie because he is an important character in the second book. Also he is very practical about divergence and is really funny.

I don't think he's really necessary in Divergent but once they get to Insurgent I think they will need him. Maybe they'll add him in then?

EVERYONE THINKS HE SHOULD BE IN THE MOVIE. There is no argument for why it is good he isn't.
I'm pretty sure that they are adding Uriah in the second movie, but they should've casted someone to play him in the first movie.

Yeah, I'm a little worried that they're going to create something that doesn't even relate to the book. Another fear is if they put him in at a good point, will he be more of a side character? He's kinda important in the last book.
Uriah is one of my fav characters and is part of one of my fav scenes "will you sit on my lap tris" is one of the funniest scenes in the book and without it the movie won't be the same
I love him but I don't think he plays a very important role in the first. He'll be in the next ones anyway
Uriah should have been in the Divergent movie. He was a friend to Tris when she needed one. And he has an important part in Insurgent.
How are they going to have the zipline scene and the real dauntless can't just automatically lover her. I heard he isn't going to be in Divergent but he will be in Insurgent and Allegiant...I don't know how that is suppose to work out.

I want him to be in the movie (especially because he plays such a big role in the future books), but I also want his introduction to be really good and not have him in just one scene. I also want them to find the perfect actor!
I want him in the movie because he is funny. He has some of the funniest lines. But I understand why he's not in it. He is not in many scenes and it doesn't make sense to cast him to be in like 5 minutes of the movie.
Absolutely! He does have a part in the book that should also be in the movie!
When I was reading the book, he wasn't really as strong of a character as he could of been. I think he was a good character to cut out, if they had to cut one out, I agree it is going to change the story a bit:(

But I've nearly memorized the trailer and it seems pretty good either way.

Yes he had a major role as one of Tris's friends. he was also one of the only humorous characters. he shows a different viewpoint of what everyone thinks the dauntless are like. he also becomes more of an important character as the book series progresses.
Uriah should have been in the movie because he becomes a more major character throughout the series.

Uriah should definitely been in the movie more! Btw: he was in it for like one line. He is a very important character in the book because himself, marlene, and the other friendly dauntless born initiates were Tris' "other" friends to go to when she needed them
YES YES YES!!!!! They could have at least made a part for him or make his part a little longer! At least they still put his name on the scoreboard
