Need help for adding covers

Also if I may have a few questions,
1. Can we always request for adding book covers? Since I see many good books (with their beautiful covers) don't have cover image in the database.
Or is there any limitation?

2. Is it better to make a new thread for every request or just post it in another thread titled "Adding a book cover image" (which I find to be the most active adding-book-cover thread)?
