The best way to see if an ISBN has been used is to use the search box. Sometimes ISBNs get used in all sorts of strange places but the search box will find them wherever they are. Mostly.OK, gone. For completeness, I think this is the book you duplicated:

About the ISBN - I just didn't think about looking up the number, because I haven't found that ^ book in the editions list for "Storm of Swords" [wrong book] and I just assumed it's not added yet. Silly me :D

I'm rather a newbie here. I just added a polish edition of G.R.R. Martin's "Storm of Swords: Steel and Snow", but unfortunately didn't check whether the ISBN already exists in the database [my mistake]. I didn't check because I tried to add the edidtion to the wrong book, which was "Storm of Swords" [not "Storm of Swords: Steel and Snow" - that's why I couldn't find the already existing polish edition on the editions list].
So now I need to ask a friendly librarian for help in deleting the incorrect edition: http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/18...
