I just started reading this book the other day. I go in and add the books I'm reading (or have read, if possible) by the ISBN. I tried typing the ISBNs (978-0-7582-8104-3 & 0-7582-8104-8) into the bar and came up with a completely different book: Hotter Than Hell by Jackie Kessler. When I went to the page for Taking the Reins to see what was going on, there were no other editions of the book except the ebooks. I had the paperback copy in my hand. Should I just add the paperback edition information with a librarian's note about the ISBN issue? Or is there something else I should be doing with the other book? Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

It sounds like the ISBN was accidentally reused, which isn't supposed to happen but sometimes does. Yes, the solution is to add your paperback edition with no ISBN, a librarian's note, and a note in the description giving the ISBN.
