Adding Books in Regional languages

Hi how does one add books that is in regional languages and do not really have a publisher website.

the intention is to share books from older generation to the current.

I don't quite fully understand your question however, if your a librarian then just add the book with the author and fill in as much details as you can especially the ISBN. Though I don't believe it is necessary that the book have a publisher website.

If you have a librarian access you can definitely add a book!
Firstly just check if your book is on GR by searching the ISBN of the book and their title. if not, you can just click on "Manually add a book " and just fill in the necessary information.
