SOLVED. Bounty hunter's autobiography. Note: NOT Dog's autobiography [s]

I read this about 2002 or 2003. It's an autobiography by a bounty hunter (again; NOT Duane "Dog" Chapman's autobiography). I remember one part, the author and his partner were hunting for someone and to find clues, they basically broke into the house of a relative the person that they were hunting. The person who lived there came home and they had to hide in a false wall in order to not be arrested or shot.

Also, I remember that the cover had a picture of a man that purported to be of the author (according to the cover) but he was dressed in an all-black uniform that only showed his eyes, what I've heard called the "SWAT ninja uniform".
