Personality: Auda is very hard to understand. Even she herself doesn't comprehend herself. She knows she's stubborn and hard to befriend, and she's definitely not your average Joe. Auda has always been special, made for the spotlight. She was dancing before she even started walking. Auda is beautiful, and she knows it, too. She's stubborn, disbelieving, and definitely hard to like. Auda doesn't particularly care what other people think of her, because she knows none of it's true.
To other people, Auda is a stuck up snob who no one likes, but in reality, she's nothing like that. It's all a shell to keep herself from getting hurt. If no one likes her, no one will get close to her, and getting close to Auda is dangerous. She's smart, cunning, and persuasive, though no one ever knows that inside, she's broken and hates everything. That her mother is dying of cancer, her father is in prison, and that she and her younger brother are living under their older brother's custody.
History: Auda's life had always been perfect, in a way. She had good siblings, happy parents, and fifteen hours of dance weekly to keep her happy. By the time Auda had turned seven, she was already dancing on television. Her life had been good, great, even. It had been just her and her parents at that time, as well as her brother Hector. No one had ever expected her father, who had a job as CEO of a large company, to turn to burglary.
Yet the proof was in the large amounts of stolen items that showed up in his children's birthday presents, stockings, and drawers with no apparent cause. Frederick stole anything that struck his fancy, and eventually Mercy got sick of it, divorcing her husband and taking custody of her children, all three of them. Frederick never met his youngest son, whom his wife had been pregnant with at the time of divorce, as the man was arrested before Dustin's birth.
Mercy had always had lots of money; her parents had been multimillionaires, and upon their death, she'd inherited their fortunes. So, the family could keep up their lifestyle, and for a few years, everything was golden. Auda danced at the studio fifteen to twenty hours a week, Hector moved out a few years after he turned eighteen, and Dustin grew up into a sweet little five year old boy.
Auda was fifteen when her mother was diagnosed with leukemia. Despite numerous operations, and everything that could possibly be done to try and save Mercy's life, it's clear that she wouldn't make it. She's currently hospitalized, clinging onto life as best as she can.
Auda and Dustin were taken under their brother's custody, who would become their legal guardian upon their mother's death, which is looming just around the corner. Auda was reluctant to go back to school this year, all the way across the country, in case of her mother's death, but Mercy had insisted. She wanted her daughter to go to that school and follow her dreams, no matter what happened to her.
So Auda relented, and flew across the country for school. She can only hope for her mother now.

School was no reprieve. It was filled with bullies who wanted only to hurt her feelings and bring her down. So with nothing else to do, Juliette turned to music, and that's where she stayed.
Eventually, Alina, Juliette's mother, died, and it was just her father, Reggie. The man seemed broken by then, so broken he didn't even remember his daughter. So she'd been getting better, less afraid. But she never stopped fearing him. Not once.

Max was thrown out of her own home when she was not even eight. In her house, she had only a very pretty woman who was mothered at an age too young. Her father had left her mother as soon as he heard about the baby. Max had no grandparents either, her mother had no family after she gave birth. Max was always treated horribly, even as a little girl. Even at such a young age, she knew her mother didn’t want her. She knew that her father didn’t want her, and that her grandparents didn’t want her either. She had no real home, no real family, nothing. So when her mother finally ordered her to leave, Max was prepared. She had packed her backpack full of clothing and food, and after the age of five, she started stealing bits of money, just the loose change that her mother dropped, or put aside. Max already knew where to leave, she headed straight for the abandoned house at the end of the street. It wasn’t in the best shape, but people said it to be haunted, so no one ever entered. It would be safe for Max. Max had not cried the entire journey, she already knew this day would come. But when she reached the house, she sobbed for an hour, all the years of being neglected, hated, and beaten around coming out in tears. A man passing by heard her muffled sobs. He was a Chinese man who had come to her town only a few years ago. His English was funny, along with his clothing and scent. He kept Max’s secrets, and he didn’t turn her in to the police or the orphanage, because Max dreaded places like those. He brought back sheets, blankets, pillows, and warm food for Max, made her comfortable in a room. He brought her packs of bottled water, and other necessities that kept her alive. He was her hero. Every day, before and after his work, he would come to Max’s place and give her food, and sometimes other gifts. But what Max remembers the clearest about him, was that he was a fighter. From China, he had all sorts of fancy swords, knives, bows, and spears. They had been passed through his family, and they were all beautiful pieces of art, some from ancient china. He used to just tell Max stories of those, but he started showing them to her after she begged to see them. He was a man talented with martial arts, as well as weaponry use. Before Max turned nine, the man started to teach her these arts as well. Every day, Max would practice these arts. She would still go to school, so that no one would ask questions. But after school, the man would always come with food, a new weapon, and a lesson for Max. She loved the man, he was the nicest person she ever met. The first one that made her feel like she had a family. The man was poor as well, moving to North America so recently. He never told Max he needed money, but Max could figure that out on her own. The man told Max she could be a dancer, for when they practiced martial arts, her movements were all beautiful, swift, and precise. When she practiced routines with a sword or spear, she made them look so artistic, flawless. On Max’s tenth birthday, the man entered Max in to a dance studio. Max felt terribly guilty, because the man had a family back home, and she knew he had little money. But she loved dancing very much, and the people there were willing to take her in. When she turned eleven, the man told Max that he would be joining the army. Max cried and cried, and begged him not to leave her. But the man’s family needed money, so after a month or two, he left. Max had a talent agent now, for she often entered competitions and made her own money. She was a very nice lady, who never told Max’s secrets and always gave Max something to do. After a very big competition, Max earned enough prize money to move into an apartment. When she came home from her competition that was overseas, she was ready to move her articles over to a real house. However, on her doorstep, there was a large box, a beautifully decorated Chinese gold box. Inside, were all of the man’s beautiful swords, spears, knives, bows, everything that he ever prized. Max found a letter, stating that if she read it, the man would have died. The man told Max he loved her, and he was sorry for leaving her alone. He said he knew she would be a fighter, that she would always prosper and find a way to survive. He told her he trusted her, had faith in her, and still, expected great from her. Her name was Max, because he always called her a Chinese word that meant “Maximum”. He told her she would always be the best, and that he promises to never truly leave her. He told her she was truly a warrior at heart. Max cried and cried at her doorstep, her agent unable to calm her down. She kept the chest of weapons, and every day she still practices them. She may be a dancer on the outside, but on the inside, she will forever have the heart and soul of a warrior.

It is where the patient at hand alternates through short periods of depression and short periods of hypomania throughout a certain amount of time. Of course there are stable times as well. Although she sticks to taking medication for it, it doesn't exactly prevent the rapid mood swings she experiences. And they can hit extremely hard. Its one of the reasons she tends to keep to herself and won't allow anybody to get too close. She doesn't exactly want the people she classes as friends, those she cares about, thinking shes some sort of lunatic.

Distinctive Markings:Personality: Naomi is very laid-back, and quite humorous as well. It doesn't take much for her to laugh, or make someone else laugh. It doesn't take much to become friendly with her, but being her friend is another matter. Just because she's deaf doesn't mean she's incapable of handling herself, and anyone who treats her like a child is immediately long gone. Naomi can't stand to be treated differently because of her disability, so she doesn't let anyone know about it unless absolutely necessary. Naomi is quite intelligent, but her gifts lie within art, for sure.
Naomi had always been a bright child, but no one had ever really seen it because she was deaf and adopted. She's strong because she's had to struggle to get where she was, all because of her parents' idiocy. She's slightly bitter to them, as well as to people who question her intelligence just because she can't hear, and messing with her is a horrible idea. Naomi may be deaf, but she's tougher than nails.
History: Naomi had a normal life when she was born, a loving family, happy siblings, and a good upbringing. She'd always enjoyed her life at home, never thought something would bring that joyous phase of her life to a close.
Until she learned the truth of her family at the age of ten. Naomi's parents had been dealing drugs out of their basement, and when the government finally found out, the Prescott couple proceeded to blow up the house to hide the evidence.
Naomi had been too close to the house when that happened. Just a little bit too close, and the blast deafened her permanently, and also broke quite a few of her bones. Later that same day, her parents were arrested, and now deaf, Naomi was tossed into the foster system as the only child of the Prescott's that survived the blast.
Naomi got adopted when she turned thirteen, and everything was great. Her life was turning around, and no one seemed to care that she was deaf once they'd heard her story. They even thought it was cool, that she'd survived. But Naomi had always been upset about the fact that she'd lived while everyone else had died. She didn't think it was fair.
Even so, Naomi became immensely attached to her adoptive sister, Jennabelle. They did everything together, even though they were ten years apart. It was impossible to separate the girls.
One day, Naomi had taken Jennabelle out to the beach with their parents to go for a swim. The Connor parents were getting some ice cream, leaving fifteen year old Naomi to keep an eye on the five year old girl. Jennabelle had been wearing a life vest, and there were life guards, so Naomi hadn't been worried, though she had been keeping an eye on her sister. Jennabelle had only been playing on the banks, just a few yards from Naomi herself.
Naomi didn't notice when Jennabelle swam out into the deep waters, trying to mimic the surfers out there.
She only noticed the terror when the water stained red with blood. Her sister's blood. Her dead sister's blood.
