I have to read that one too, but I'm not up for it. My reading has really been off for the last week.

These are from the group Making Connections, to request them:

Greta, Sorry you have been in a reading slump this week. That's the worse. Hope you find the perfect book to break you out of it.
But if you change your mind about Where the Stars still shine, I think I'll pick it up around midweek. I know it'll be good (or at least I feel confident in the author and hope so), but I havent been able to motivate myself to pick it up either. Other books keep jumping in my way.
Anybody got any of these?
(Can't read these three until I've read the first in the series of each -
reading them soon though hopefully)

It was on netgalley.
Not sure if it still is.

That would be great!

That would be great!

It is on netgalley but I'm not on my computer at the moment. I'll try and remember later and get the link.

Maybe start around the 20th? I have a craft show on the 21st so I should be able to read for a while during the down times.

That would be okay. I don't have a buddy read planned for the 21st so I should be able to start this on the evening of the 20th ☺

I have the Edge of Falling, so maybe we can read it soon? I've been reading extremely slow lately, though, so it may be awhile before I finally get a good chance to read it.

I won't be able to start any of them this week, but would anyone like to read any of them late September or later?

I'm really sorry but I read it on Saturday! Was trying to get some review copies cleared up and I had had it for a long time so thought I would get it over with:( It was quite a slow book though so it might not be the best book for you to read right now if you are going slow anyway. I found it pretty dull until the 70% mark to be honest.

That would be good. I think Greta will try and join us if she can too. Should we say beginning of October sometime?
