Merit Gets Pregnant??? What??? Your thoughts on this "book rumor".

Am i the only one who doesn't want Merit to get pregnant?? it seems too bookish, if that makes sense or too over done (breaking dawn and now vampire diaries spin off klaus is going to be a dad) and merit it supposed to eventually be a master vampire and series is about her path to became that and learn to appreciate the things immortally offers you and the things it doesn't. her path to be more vampire and learn about being tough but still having humanity. also the books are very action-y i wouldn't want a book about baby showers and sonograms. i don't like the idea because it just doesn't fit in the books, vampires can't reproduce (in this series) and it's too predicable.

I believe the story will eventually have Merit prego, but it would be more to the end of the series. It was seen by only Gabe and Merit in a future setting. It would be a wonderful ending after all the crap Ethan and Merit has had to deal with. It would also be an interesting end compared to some of the Vampire series i've already read.

I can't wait till she gets pregnant and hopefully she does. I think. It will be a great ending to the series.
because of all the crap merit and Ethan have been through.meirt and Ethan would be a great parents.and since the series has a lot of action in it I think the baby will be a good change. And the vampires that have always wanted to have a family but can't because if the change I think it will bring some vampires a lot of hope. And there might be more action cause some bad people might want to kill,hurt or kiddnap the baby and that I think might cause more action and mystery.and more emotion involved. Merit would make a great mother and I think it will make merit do anything to protect her baby.it will make the book more great more family based cause the series has been all about working the job protecting the city its time for series to make a leap to have more love involved more family.

I actually think the idea of a miniture Merit/Ethan is awesome.

That being said, I adore kelley Armstrong's Women of the Otherworld series, it's my favourite UF series but one of the worse books in the series IMO was Broken and Ellana just happened to be pregnant. And while I loved Frostbitten, the earlier books before the twins were more enhjoyable for me.

I'm not saying the inclusion of a pregnant m/c or children were what make the series less enjoyable for me but I didn't enjoy those books as much so i'm worried it may happen again with this series.
