Incorrect data for Fred Trotter books form O'Reilly

Meaningful Use and Beyond: A Guide for IT Staff in Health Care

The database is mixed up regarding these two books. You can see that the cover images are swapped, but also the ISBNs appeared to be swapped. I have a copy of "Hacking Healthcare" sitting in front of me and it shows an ISBN of 978-1-449-30502-4. The database shows that as "Meaningful Use".

Also, only the eBook edition is listed, but I have a paperback, and a 2nd edition is now available (I have it).

I added Hacking Healthcare ISBN: 978-1-449-30502-4

but I didn't change the ISBN's. I found that that ISBN brining up both books, through various sites.

I did switch the covers to reflect the title.

after more research I have found they are the same book

I have combined them, It appears the Meaningful Use was released to Early Reviewers, than renamed. That is why the ISBN comes up as former book.
