Maddie!!! I just finished reading Dear John and I loved it! It took me all summer because I was busy doing so many different things, but it was still a really good book. Lemme know what you think when your done!

Wow...lol...you are quite busy with the reading. I've been reading (supposedly one book for the last month. I started it one night and havent picked it up since because I've been soooo busy. Its The Map of True Places .

From what I've read its really good. At the moment Im loving books that talk about people transforming their lives and finding out who they really are!

I have given up on "The Map of True Places" and now I am reading "The Devil wears Prada". So far so good, I loved the movie so this should be awesome! I really want to read Julie and Julia to continue my "people changing their lives" thread.

Ashley, I really enjoyed the movie, I think they did quite a good job with it and can't wait till the others come out. The only thing is that the movie is subtitled so that takes a little to get used to if you don't normally watch them, it took me about 10 minutes to get used to it :)

I am currently reading The Devil Wears Prada and so far so good. I think the movie was great but the book is really good too because it gives all the interesting little details. Honestly the movie was so good, that if it wasnt because of another group Im in, then I probably wouldnt have chosen to read this!

So just to update you guys it seems the more I read of The Devil Wears Prada the more boring it becomes. I LOVED the movie but the book is starting to feel like I am reading a narrative of someones life. Normally I like to be totally engrossed and captivated by my books but this doesnt seem to give me that. Im almost done with is...ugh....150 more painful pages to go.

Im also reading Confessions of a Shopaholic and it ia hilarious! Sophie Kinsella is slowly becoming one of my favorite authors because of her ability to make me literally LOL! Very interesting story, cant wait to finish it!
