Newbie from AL

Hi. I am a long-time lurker on this group, but just joined a few days ago. I thought I'd post and officially introduce myself. I may not post much, but I do enjoy the lively conversations.

I live in Alabama (US), and like Science-Fiction and Fantasy best, but read a variety. I picked up People of the Book, but may not finish it before the end of the month.

I try to either buy an entire series, or borrow an entire series. I can't stand owning part of one! :)

I do the same thing with authors. I want to own all of an authors books or none.

If things get to a point where I do have part of a series/author, but realize I proably won't buy the rest (either I lose interest in owning them or there's just too many), I will turn in what I have at the used book store, and use the credit to 'finish' my set of something else.

I may may be a bit obsessive-compulsive....
