I'm sure some may argue this is not political. They will be wrong. Destroying cultural icons of childhood is very much a political act.

Jasmine is actually the one for which this artist is getting in trouble- making a Middle Eastern princess into a warmonger.

By the way, her ignorance of the source material is appalling. I wonder if she actually read any of the fairy tales, or if she was too busy "raging" to do it.

Assert that things such as love, happiness and fulfillment are bourgeois illusions and your artistic career is made...for your allotted fifteen minutes.
