Does auto-sweep of author profiles with zero books remove goodreads author profiles or just unclaimed profiles?

Claimed profiles would not be empty. They also usually have fans, a blog, etc. As well as books!

It looks like this is a pen name of Anfal Khaliq (along with Sparkling Amethyst) and the author, under the various names, has been shifting the book records about quite a bit. I can't find any record of books actually being published under the name Sapphire Stone, though.
