I liked it too, especially the last 200 pages. That is where the story really picked up. The beginning was slow and I thought about giving up but plodded on and am so glad I did. I liked the characters and the storyline and can see them making a movie out of this book sometime soon.

Agree that it was a bit slow at the beginning - the book is much longer than books usually are in this genre but JKR seems to write long books.

I LOVED this book! I can't wait for there to be another one - it felt like a real and honest murder mystery detective novel. Such a good read!
