If I Could Add One Thing!

I am using the Kindle iPad option and as far as I'm aware there is no option to create folders and this is now causing issues as my collection grows.....unless anyone out there knows differently as I'm no expert? I may have to go over to iBooks in the end for anything comparable in price because I understand you can organise your collections in this.
