The current information is for a book due out in October but there is already a publication which came out on 4th July 2013. I tried to combine but it won't let me because the ISBNs match.

Any advice? Many thanks,

I tried to add a new edition but it wouldn't let me because of the ISBNs. I have goodreads librarian privileges.

You cannot add two editions with the same ISBN. I'm not clear on why this book would need another edition, though.

Thanks but the date for the current edition is showing in the future when there is already one out - 4th July 2013. This is the first edition?
