SOLVED. A man wakes up in a hospital with no memory, thrown into a world where not knowing who he is can get him killed. [s]

I read this book in 2009-2010 when I was in high school, I don't know when it was released, but it went like this:

A man wakes up in a hospital with no memory of who he is , I think he was in a accident(Car accident?), so he gets up to leave his room to find a doctor or nurse to find out what happened. He overhears a "doctor" saying something on the phone, I think they were talking about him and why he is still alive?, he end up attacking the "doctor"? and escapes the hospital with his stuff they took off of him. He finds a letter (Text, email?) from his sister and goes to see her to see if he can remember. I can’t remember what they talked about, she said something about him closing the way back home (Door, Gateway?) and he has to pretend like he knows what she talking about and said like he would come here without some plan, I remember there was a sword above the fireplace in her house. Their brother comes by as well and they end up being attacked by something in a suit of armor (or the suit of armor itself) and win. I think they said its their other brother who sent it to kill them, and they go back to their world to try to de-thrown (Defeat, Kill?) him.

I don't know who I hate more, myself for wasting my time, you for making the time I wasted ever more worthless, or this site because I did't find it earlier.
