1. I've taken the front cover from Amazon.2. We don't display back covers for books, but I have added this information to the book's description. Is this the full list of contributors?

Are back covers of books allowed in the book's additional photos?

Yes, I wrote the other stories, but that is the full list of the other author's stories within this book. Thanks so much.

Could you please explain what my responsibilities would be if I joined the Author program? How much of a time commitment would this involve?

When you say a back cover map might be pictured, I wonder if Goodreads would consider my back cover akin to a map - a mapping of the authors and themes of the stories they contributed to Tales2Inspire. If you go to Amazon's "Look Inside the book" feature at the posting of "Tales 2 Inspire: Beyond Coincidence" and keep clicking on that right arrow, you can see the back cover. It would be so nice to give them recognition here on Goodreads if that is possible.

Since the authors of the individual stories are all pictured on the back cover as well as their theme statements (the most important message they want to get across to their readers), is it possible to also show the back cover of this book?
