Cats don't really say meow, that's just the onomatopoeia of it in English speaking countries. In Japan it's Nyan, in Spanish it's Miau, in Turkish it's miyav, in Persian it's Mioo Mioo, in French it's Miaou.

An rp also know as a role-play are common here on goodreads basically you create a character or charrie as some say wait for an approval by the mods or not depends on group and the you go to topics and comment as your charrie most of the time it's third person and in past tense.
