Fiera stood sharply, thinking she shouldn't intrude on their conversation. "I hope you get better, Woodsong," she said.

message 152: by [deleted user] (new)

Woodsong song nodded slightly.

message 153: by Richard (new)

Richard | 206 comments As they talked, slowly a shawdow descended, the air went cold and rank and a horrible sense of doom came down upon them

message 154: by [deleted user] (new)

Woodsong started muttering in Elfish his eyes growing wide with fear,

Ilsa (eruaistaniel) | 14984 comments Mod
Fiera shuddered and turned suddenly to the Northwest, facing the direction of the Lonely Mountain. "What sort of magic is this?" she whispered, terror unwillingly filling her.

message 156: by [deleted user] (new)

Woodsong then stayed silent looking at Legolas the fiera.

Ilsa (eruaistaniel) | 14984 comments Mod
"It must be a Nazgul," Fiera muttered, "Or another being that terror follows, perhaps even the Dark Lord himself."

message 158: by Richard (new)

Richard | 206 comments The witchking of Angmar, body renewed and more powerful than ever, could smell the blood. He could smell the fear. He stalked through the darkness, the body hauled over his shoulder

Ilsa (eruaistaniel) | 14984 comments Mod
Fiera saw him, heading toward the medical tent, and though she wanted to run in fear, she stood her ground.

Woodsong attempted to stand up but ended up falling to the ground breathing very shallow by now.

Ilsa (eruaistaniel) | 14984 comments Mod
"Uh, so..." she tried. She found that conversation helped get rid of fear. "How's Sauron treating you? I hear the pay is lousy, but you get to see the sights."

message 162: by Richard (new)

Richard | 206 comments The witchking stood before them now, towering over them all. He threw the body down in the middle for all to see. The wizards blue robes were red with blood.

message 163: by Ilsa, Titania (new)

Ilsa (eruaistaniel) | 14984 comments Mod
She looked down, horrified. "Pall- Pallando?" she whispered. She ran over, heedless of the witchking, and checked his vitals.

message 164: by [deleted user] (new)

Woodsong muttered a blessing in elvish and glared at the witchking slowly he stood up.

message 165: by Ilsa, Titania (new)

Ilsa (eruaistaniel) | 14984 comments Mod
She began to sing slowly in Elvish, a song she'd found once in the books, reserved for the dead.

"Hahren na melana sahlin
Emma ir abelas
Souver'inan isala hamin
Vhenan him dor'felas
In uthenera na revas

Vir sulahn'nehn
Vir dirthera
Vir samahl la numin
Vir lath sa'vunin"

She found herself crying, and she couldn't stop. Why not? She'd just met the kindly old wizard a few days ago.

message 166: by Richard (new)

Richard | 206 comments From within the witchkings helmet came a guttural noise that could only be a laugh. Pallandos body was white and cold

message 167: by [deleted user] (new)

"He will be missed." Woodsong said putting a hand on her shoulder "but for now there are more important problems."

message 168: by Ilsa, Titania (new)

Ilsa (eruaistaniel) | 14984 comments Mod
She stood quickly, wanting to do something, anything, but wisdom kept her from charging him. The earth began to crack and steam under her feet.

message 169: by Richard (new)

Richard | 206 comments The witchking drew his sword. A long morgul blade wreathed in darkness. He let out a mighty scream, causing huge pain to all who heard jt

message 170: by [deleted user] (new)

"Do what you must for I can not." Woodsong said falling again slamming his head on a stone table.

message 171: by Ilsa, Titania (new)

Ilsa (eruaistaniel) | 14984 comments Mod
Fiera screamed back in him in hate and anger. It hurt, but it got rid of the terror. The ground around Pallando, Fiera, and the Witchking was cracking, becoming hot to the touch.

message 172: by Richard (new)

Richard | 206 comments The witchkings armour was heating up, burning to the touch, but since the body was only animated by dark matter, he did not feel it

Ilsa (eruaistaniel) | 14984 comments Mod
Not really sure what she was doing, she said, "Go back to Hell." The earth under them exploded and lava streaked up, surrounding the witchking.

Richard | 206 comments The witchking disappeared within the smoke and turmoil, invisible to the Mage and elf

message 176: by Ilsa, Titania (new)

Ilsa (eruaistaniel) | 14984 comments Mod
She mistakenly thought he was gone and the lava turned to obsidian. She began to cry over Pallando.

message 177: by Richard (new)

Richard | 206 comments From the crack in the earth that Fiera had caused, hundreds of orcs scrabbled up, brought up by the malice of the Witchking. He was nowhere to be seen

message 178: by Ilsa, Titania (new)

Ilsa (eruaistaniel) | 14984 comments Mod
She didn't really care. She burnt them without even moving.

message 179: by [deleted user] (new)

"Woodsong stood up bleeding a little from his head he took out his shield and walked into the crowd if orcs and began slashing and slamming them.

message 180: by Richard (new)

Richard | 206 comments The orcs kept coming and will the witchking didn't appear. The air however was getting thinner and there was the feeling of something rising

message 181: by [deleted user] (new)

Woodsong kept fighting then yelled at fiera "you could help you know!"

message 182: by Ilsa, Titania (new)

Ilsa (eruaistaniel) | 14984 comments Mod
She stood, stunned, and began to fight, almost in a daze.

message 183: by [deleted user] (new)

"Thanks." Woodsong said but kept his gaze on the orcs.

message 184: by Ilsa, Titania (new)

Ilsa (eruaistaniel) | 14984 comments Mod
Her guard kept falling and she got several nicks on her arms.

message 185: by [deleted user] (new)

"Pay attention." Woodsong said throwing his shield at and Orc coming from behind her he took out his knives and fought with those,

message 186: by Ilsa, Titania (new)

Ilsa (eruaistaniel) | 14984 comments Mod
Pallando had been going to take her on as an apprentice. She would have learned magic, good magic, like Gandalf. She paid more attention, but choked on her own tears.

message 187: by [deleted user] (new)

Woodsong kept fighting mostly around fiera because she really wasn't.

message 188: by Ilsa, Titania (new)

Ilsa (eruaistaniel) | 14984 comments Mod
She sucked in heat. Everything became suddenly cold, and the Orcs felt their blood freezing.

message 189: by [deleted user] (new)

"That was much appreciated." Woodsong said gratefully.

message 190: by Ilsa, Titania (new)

Ilsa (eruaistaniel) | 14984 comments Mod
She shuddered and clutched her forearms. "He can't be dead."

message 191: by [deleted user] (new)

"He could be in Valinor, he could come back." Woodsong said miserably.

message 192: by Ilsa, Titania (new)

Ilsa (eruaistaniel) | 14984 comments Mod
"Do you think so? How do people come back from the dead?"

message 193: by [deleted user] (new)

"It's a complicated matter but you can come back if you left this world to soon and you have a task to complete but you didn't so you come back and when you finish it you have to leave." Woodsong said.

message 194: by Ilsa, Titania (new)

Ilsa (eruaistaniel) | 14984 comments Mod
"Oh." She looked sad. "Maybe his task was living to be an old man."

message 195: by [deleted user] (new)

I don't know but there's always hope, even in the darkest times." Woodsong said.

message 196: by Ilsa, Titania (new)

Ilsa (eruaistaniel) | 14984 comments Mod
"When can he come back?"

message 197: by Erin (new)

Erin Ellen ran into the clearing, tears streaming her face. She ran to Pallando's body and screamed at Fiera "what happend?!"

message 198: by [deleted user] (new)

"It really depends on his role." Woodsong said.

message 199: by Ilsa, Titania (new)

Ilsa (eruaistaniel) | 14984 comments Mod
"Oh." She looked sadly at the orcs. "They'll be able to move, soon."

message 200: by Richard (new)

Richard | 206 comments The mass of orcs slowly began to shake and move limbs slowly
