"Well sing a song to help you move along that's what I always say." He replied.
All the while legolas watched his friend with a worrie expression on his face.
Fiera began to sing Frodo's song. She even hopped when she reached, "The cow jumped over the moon!" And generally made a fool of herself.
((sorry for vanishing!))
((sorry for vanishing!))
That brought a smil to Legolas' face.
That brought a smil to Legolas' face.
She ignored Legolas, thinking, Oh, God, I'm making a fool out of myself in front of one of the most awesome people in the fellowship. Please help me make up for it later.
Woodsong rolled his eyes and chuckled "hello Legolas I'm am happy to see you though I wish it was under more favorable circumstances." Woodsong said weakly and coughed up a small amount of blood.
Fiera's cheeks turned redder. "I know other songs, too," she volunteered, "but why don't you sing one, Wood?"
"Trust me in my current postion it would sound like I was strangling a Orc." Woodsong said with a weak smile.
All Legolas said was "domien abyr wÿrd, Woodsong." stay with us, woodsong. then he asked, "mana lel yahl?"
"Legolas, I will try to." Woodsong said softly not bothering for elvish wanting Fiera to know what they were talking about.
Legolas smiled. "I asked where are you going. Mana lel yahl. It ahem- is a metaphorical thing right now…" he went red o his hairline.
Woodsong stayed silent wondering where he was going.
Legolas took a lookat the cut and said, "thankfully it was not a morgoth blade." h bit his lip an chewed on it for a moment before adding, "I think so."
((John are you actually planning to mak him die :( ))
((John are you actually planning to mak him die :( ))
((Well its undecided but I'm leaning towards no))
Woodsong looked up at his friend and then closed his eys again and went back to his thoughts.
Woodsong looked up at his friend and then closed his eys again and went back to his thoughts.
The truth was that Legolas couldnt be sure about his answer. He kept his eyes fixed on his frie d, hoping that their figters outsde were doing well.
((He is really the only charcter I rp with))
"Stop working yourself up over me." Woodsong said sensing his friends distress, "to quote a song I heard once "I Think I will wait 'til tomorrow to die, The sun is shining, birds do sing, This, sir, is no day to go."
"Stop working yourself up over me." Woodsong said sensing his friends distress, "to quote a song I heard once "I Think I will wait 'til tomorrow to die, The sun is shining, birds do sing, This, sir, is no day to go."
"Have you heard it?" Woodsong asked.
Legolas smiled. "Good. then stick to thos lyrics everyday an that way youll ner die," he joked.
"If only." Woodsong said sounding a little better.
"Again no thank you." Woodsong replied.
((ok.))
Legolas said, "you should drink you know."
Legolas said, "you should drink you know."
"I am perfectly aware of that." Woodsong replied calmly
Legolas didnt bother arguing. instea he asked, "how are you feeling?"
"I've been better I'll tell you that." Woodsong said smiling sadly.
Legolas sighed. "I'll try. I wont let you just go like before."
"You need to stop worrying about me, and what happened it wasn't something you could help." Woodsong said looking at his friend with sympathy.
Legolas's only answer to that was "yes but if you watch somdone close to you just- let go and you dont do anything, you aways feel like its your fault- that you couldve don something…"
"I've know that feeling many a time my friend the only thing I have to tell you is don't let it drag you down, you may feel it but don't let it consume you." Woodsong said sternly.
Legolas smiled. "Thank you, Woodsong."
"You are welcome." Woodsong said smiling back.
Legolas sat silent for a moment, his stormy gaze wandering around the room.
"Are you alright?" Woodsong asked,
Legolas snapped out of his trance an muttered, "Im fine."
"Im fine, Woodsong." Legolas lied.
"You lie." Woodsong said narrowing his eyes.
Legolas sighed and said in a stressed voice, "hi ener nie fulkhaë Woodsong." it dkes not concern you, Woodsong. Then- "Eleminit fulkhaë Thranduil." it concerns Thranduil.
