Aspen stopped when he saw her fall again. "Are you alright, Shadow?" He asked noticing the blood on her knee and head, "Maybe you shouldn't be around me.. I seem to be bad luck. Let's get you cleaned up though."

Shadow let out a small laugh, "It's not you, it's me, don't worry, I'm just really clumsy." She managed to get up.
Aspen smiled, "Okay what ever you say. Can you walk?" He asked.
Shadow started to walk, "Yeah." She looked up at him, He's too cute for his own good.
"Okay, Do you think you can make it to that building over there?" He asked looking down at her, telling himself to get it together.
Shadow looked at the building, well, she had done harder things before. "Yeah." She gritted her teeth together and walked forward.
Aspen watched her walk for a little bit, walking along side her, " Here I'll carry you the rest of the way." He said before swinging her up into his arms
Shadow let out an audile squeak. A guy had NEVER carried her before.
Aspen looked down at her, "Are you okay?" he asked as he carried her to his apartment building.
Shadow nodded. He was being nice and she was being ridiculous.
He pulls the door to his apartment open, and gently sets Shadow on his couch striding to the bathroom and getting the first aid kit
Shadow was put on the couch. "Thank you." she told him.
"You're welcome." He said coming back into the room
Shadow propped herself up on her elbows and started touching her forehead, she drew her fingers away, the were covered in blood.
Aspen had grabbed two washcloths, He gently cleaned her forehead up, "Here keep this on your head." He said as he moved to clean up her knee.
"You're being so nice, most guys would just go 'eek' at the sight of a bleeding girl." She told him with a hand gester.
Aspen smiled, "Well, first I'm not most guys and second I used to help out at my mom's practice, she was a doctor."
"That's cool, my mom and dad died in a car crash about two months ago." she told him sadly.
(( I have to go sleep now so ya bye:) ))

((Alright good night.))"My parents died in a car crash too around that same time." He said looking up from where he was bandaging her knee up.

"Wait a second." She told him, what she remembered on the news was a major car crash where people in both cars died that were crashed into by another. She got out her phone from her back pocket and started searching the news on the crash. May 23- major car crash, The Singer family (all but son) dies and the Olliny family (all but daughter) die.......etc.
((Yes you can call me Tink.))He went to see what she was looking up. Remembering reading that article while he was being told by a cop what had happened.
Shadow showed Aspen (( Wait a second,...Aspen is the name from the Selection!!! I should've known.>;) ))
((Hahaha.. I was waiting for you to say something :P))"So our parents died in the same crash." Aspen said softly after reading the article again.

A single tear ran down Shadow's cheek, she didn't cry often and neither did she want to cry but still that single tear landed on her shirt and two more followed. At that she covered up her face with her hands to stop the tears.
(( I know, me too! I accidentaly said that I read the second book but actually I'm still planning on reading it. I clicked Read instead of To read and when I realized it it was too late for me to change it without it being too annoying for me.))
Aspen looked back at her and noticed she was crying. "Hey, it's alright." he said. He reached out and hugged gently as she cried.
(( sorry, I'm slow, I'm on like four groups at once. ))
Shadow forgot that she had met him only half an hour ago and leaned into his shoulder, she felt safe and it felt nice. She let silent tears run down her cheeks as she simply let herself cry and feel safe.
((It's fine.. I'm in the same boat.))Aspen had also forgotten that he had only known Shadow for a little while. He, however couldn't stand seeing girls cry. He rested his cheek against her head as she cried. He murmured soft words to her and stroked her hair.
"Thank you." She told him. She brought her arms around his neck and hugged him because he was kneeling beside the couch she didn't have any other option.
"You're welcome, but I seriously know how you feel and what you are going through." He hugged her back even though he had been comforting her he felt better knowing that he could help someone who was in the same situation as he was.
(( Should she fall off the couch? I personally know what it is like to hug someone while on the couch. It's very hard. Sorry, I'm all crazy brains right now.))
(( Hahaha I was thinking that too! and I so know how she feels right now being hugged over the couch.))

Shadow felt herslef tipping, Aspen was stronger than her and she was still holding on to him. Going down. she thought right before she said, "Aspen..." After that she found herself and Aspen sprawling on the floor.
Aspen had time to look down at her before he found himself on his back on the floor with Shadow sprawled on top of him. He chuckled, "I guess that was bound to happen with the two of us together."
Shadow started laughing like crzay. "Yeah, I guess." She told him. Shadow realized that she was still on top of him. "Oh, I'm sorry." she told him apologeticaly. She started trying to get off of him. ((what should happen? IDK!! I'm having rp-block))
((I have no idea we are in the same boat.))He laughed letting her go, "It's fine." he said sitting up and helping her off him.
