I didn't really care for these and don't think they really added anything to the story. Did you like any of them?

I think you are refering to the "Codas". They detracted from the book if you ask me. But I realy liked the rest of the book. Scalzi has a very fun writing style.
BTW, hello everyone, I just joined today. You're book of the month has lured me in.

Yes, the Codas. I didn't mind the first one but the rest were unnecessary.
