A cover from a "series read"
hosted by Wild Blue Yonder.
We'll start off slow, to feed your need.
But soon post something to ponder.
PUZZLE #101: - Six piece Slider puzzle is here. (June's "series read & watch" of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone ) - Okay to post in thread. Please take a screen print and show the "Very good, you win." box. Please do NOT just post the bookcover.

There's a new cupcake coming.
It's mad and it's bad.
Some of you will be humming.
Some of you will be glad.
It's called the "Triple Threat"
And as it's name implies...
While it isn't a sure bet,
It increases your book count size.

Yes, it is!

Next, to make you smile.PUZZLE #102: - Fourteen piece Slider puzzle is here . - 14 pieces (August BOMs) - Okay to post in thread. Please take a screen print and show the "Very good, you win." box. Please do NOT just post the bookcover.
Another layout, a sideways slider.
You ask if it is worth your while?
Maybe a grin two "chunksters" wider?
Nope. Not a 'Triple Threat.'
But never fret.
Just want to whet,
Your appetite, yet!
Yes. This puzzle is worth two "bouncing" cupcakes.

What makes you think I'm a Mod?
I could possible be a fraud.
While I'm not as lofty as some helpful Peers of the Realm.
Once or twice, I've taken hold of a helm.
Still, for August Cupcake Puzzles, there will be a ration.
As Captain Cupcake will be on a partial vacation.
I'll post only on Tuesdays and Fridays.
So, there won't be too much of a puzzle craze.![]()

Here is the first 'Triple Threat.'
It is something different, you can bet.
In this one, a "M" or an "R" must occur in a word.
Don't bother with any that are too absurd.
PUZZLE #103: Word Wheel 'Tower Team.' Create words according to the breakdown below. Be sure all have the center letter "M" or an "R" in them. There are some hints/definitions below. --- Please DO NOT post solution here. Mail to ratminichallenges@gmail.com with Puzzle # in subject line. Be sure to tell me what Team you are assigned.
The 'Triple Treat' Cupcake maybe redeemed by your Captains for three (3) books.

I love that you came up with a poem for your response. Oh, to be in the mind of Captain Cupcake.

On Puzzle #103 22 and 23 both have the same hint, is that intentional?"
Yes, it is. :D

Also, there is at leas one three letter word - can we use it or if there are more words for 4 letters, etc?

Um, yes. Who stole my R?
Let's say for the time being that that M in big circle is R. :D

Let's say for the time being that that M in big circle is R. :D"
LOL!
That doesn't change the required letter, does it?

Also, there is at leas one three letter word - can we use it or if there are more words for 4 letters, etc?"
No, M doesn't have to be in the middle of the word. M in the middle of the circle has to be in every word you use.
I don't understand second part of your question. There are at least 4 three-letter words. If you find more even better.
You need to find at least:
1 two-letter
4 three-letter
15 four-letter
19 five-letter
7 six-letter
If you find more, that's great.
Did that answer your question?
