change "original title" perhaps

It says the original title is "The Story of the Little Old Man" but I have a copy in front of me that says "Originally published in Sweden under the title 'Sagan om den lilla farbrorn'". We do have the two books combined but I was wondering if it would be more appropriate to change original title to the swedish title ?

I also see in the swedish version http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/16... it says "The Story of the Little Old Man" is the original title. That doesn't seem right.

I change the original title to the Swedish title.
The original title is the same for all combined editions, that is why the English title was also visible on the Swedish edition before the change.
