Megatokyo's interesting in that it's changed a ton over the years both in tone and art. Fred's a little better at humor (I find when the story gets too serious he focuses on points I'm not interested in and glosses over ones I am) so I prefer the madcap comedy from early on, but the art really improves as the strip goes and is better and better the farther you go.

My favorite comic, that I quote regularly, is "Woot. headshot. Batteries die in your cordless keyboard again, Largo?"
That, and the PH33RB075. Love the cardboard boxes.
I remember that one fondly as well. :) The PH33RBO75 always amused me, as did Boo.
My favorite comic has always been this one, for Largo's comments and whatever insanity was transpiring in his head between them.

Here are a few discussion questions for everyone to think about (Please remember to use spoiler tags as appropriate to your answer, even if the question didn't contain spoilers. Thanks!):
1) What do you think of the cast? Who is your most/least favorite character?
2) What did you like best about the comic? Least?
I find these two questions particularly interesting when they are opposite your general opinion (ie what you liked least in a comic you loved and vice versa).
3) As I mentioned above, I feel Megatokyo changes a lot over time. Do you agree? If so do you what do you think of the changes?

2. Best is probably the craziness with the PH33RB07s and the cataclysm unit.
3. Definitely changed a lot. Early on it was kinda like a comic you'd find in the funnies section of the newspaper. As it went it started getting more and more serious.
1) Miho and Boo are my favorites. Largo as teacher and his student Junko get honorable mention. Least are probably Dom and Ed. Just don't find their part of the storyline as interesting.
2) Best is the characters and humor. Least is the pacing of the dramatic stuff I mentioned above.
