I have a children's book that isn't numbered. I don't know the rules for counting up the pages. I imagine you ignore the endpapers. Do you start counting when the story starts or do you start at the title page? Also, the last page is when the story ends, you don't include the "About the author" page?

Perhaps sticky the rules to this folder.

Content means what exactly? What if the book says "Chapter 1" on one side of a page and the story starts 2 pages later. Do I count when the story starts or on the page that says Chapter 1?
